I was wondering if is it possible to first cook the Mimosa and concentrate the brew and then do an
A/B extraction
?

Yes, I use this way to extract. And i use a PC to reduce time of cooking.

I assume you cook shredded, how long do you cook, and to how many ML's do you reduce the brew?
