You could incrementally increase until reaching that dose to find out.
You're not wrong in considering that weight plays a role in effects. But how big a role? And how much weight does this role carry in comparison to other variables with this particular molecule? I think that with most psychedelics, weight plays more of a role in oral ROA versus inhaled, IM, or IV.

The LD50 of dmt is measured in mg/kg at 90-110mg/kg, so why wouldn't the threshold, effective, and breakthrough doses be measured the same way?
However, DMT is a weird one. With this molecule, which very much unlike most pharmeceuticals (I think we can all agree) it just doesn't seem to behave that way and is very much attuned to other factors with regards to depth of experience. While it was shown that certain aspects of the experience increased as the dose increased for participants in the Imperial College of London extended state study, I don't recall it being completely uniform for all aspects of subjective experience assessed; it was more generalized (granted it wasn't a large test group size).
Now, I'm in the Shulgin camp regarding the LD50 as a poor standard in this first place. However, in this context, it doesn't stipulate anything to degree of phenomenological effect in a given subjective experience. It simply stipulates the dose required to kill 50% of rats (and then assumed to be the same roughly for humans), but that doesn't mean much in terms of overall effect across the board.
As an example. I've vaped 10mg more times than I can count. I double check my doses. There have been times that I don't get much to times where I've "broken through" on that amount. It's a crap shoot everytime.
One love
What if the "truth" is: the "truth" is indescernible/unknowable/nonexistent? Then the closest we get is through being true to and with ourselves.
Know thyself, nothing in excess, certainty brings insanity- Delphic Maxims
DMT always has something new to show you
Question everything... including questioning everything... There's so much I could be wrong about and have no idea...
