Hi all,

Hope you are well.

Interested in hearing any stories from people who have been 'told off', and told off hard enough that it's prompted a hiatus from spice or any psychedelic in general?

Also does anyone find, particularly with DMT, that they're rewarded when they take a break from spice? As if they've shown reverence by withholding themselves from it?

Appreciate your stories and thoughts as always.

I have a history of really craving the spice after a night of bar hopping. Thankfully they weren't heroic doses and I was mainly using the sandwich method. But I was most definitely told off.

Refer to this thread I made a couple months ago.

DMT + Alcohol

As for taking a break from the spice, I haven't had anything make me want to stop yet. I just don't do it constantly. I wait for it to call to me, and only when it calls to me.

I also read an invocation before each session, and currently have been using this one, created by VoidMatrix. I find that if I show the entheogen the respect it deserves, then I usually have a positive experience.

Invocation

Obviously, a getting TUI (tripping while under the influence) is frowned upon by the not just humans, but DMT entities as well.

I am being constantly told off by DMT for the last year or more. Still have not worked everything out that I am supposed to be learning. One of them was stopping habitual tobacco use which I have done now since last November. But there must be more.

I've smoalked very little since the telling off started. But interestingly, vaped freebase seems to be kind to me where as enhanced leaf is always telling me off.

I have taken the last year to slowly work on identifying and fixing anything I am being sloppy with in my life. I'll smoalk again soon and see how that goes.

.

Do you spend enough time in nature? If not I wonder if there is a connection with changa vs vaped fb.

I spend a fair amount outdoors, my work is outdoors. I think it could be to do with how easy it is to smoke too much leaf. Whereas the freebase usually I'm not managing to vape enough in one go.

Had a good time this afternoon in the forest with a friend and some passionflower/mullein mix. Was very careful to not take too much. Had a lovely response from the trees. So you could be on to something with the nature thought.

I've been "told off"/hyperslapped once and only once (my fifth experience) and it was rather mild, but I caught the hint. Led to a six year hiatus, partly because I couldn't find it and because I didn't have the confidence to learn to extract.

While I've had some tough experiences, I haven't been told off since that one time.

I have also had hiatuses from mistakenly stating away from psychedelics because of my depression. G

It's kind of always with me and calling, so time away doesn't seem to make too much of a difference for me.

What if the "truth" is: the "truth" is indescernible/unknowable/nonexistent? Then the closest we get is through being true to and with ourselves.
