There is very little I can say that has not already been said very well by others in this thread.

I can only add my voice as a lurker turned member who has from the beginning taken a great deal from your insightful and considered posts.

I have not once engaged in discussion with you and yet you have helped anchor me in my journey perhaps more than any other.

I do hope that you reconsider for the sake of all here as IMHO the Nexus will be considerably diminished by your absence.

Please understand that your influence stretches far beyond those whom you have actively engaged in discussion.

With very best wishes from an impressionable mind.

Someone absolutely MUST do the job burnt was doing here. It is demanding and difficult and no one appreciates it. None of us would be here with much to talk about if it wasn't for strict objective discourse and scientific methodology. We would be wise to listen to people that know what they are talking about.

WARNING: DO NOT INGEST ANY BOTANICAL WHICH YOU HAVE NOT FULLY RESEARCHED AND CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED!!!

I am Teotzlcoatl, older cousin of Quetzalcoatl. My most famous physical incarnation was Nezahualcoyotl, but I have taken many forms since the dawn of the cosmos. In this realm I manifest as multiple entities at a single time. I am many, I am numbered. I am few, but more than one. I am a multifaceted being, a winged serpent with many heads. We are Teotzlcoatl.

Well, if everyone just agreed on everything, life would be quite boring and no one would learn much.

The hard science that makes my head spin is what makes the Nexus separate from a lot of other places. Smile

No I think it's just statements like that which some people can't stand. If you discover somthing "beyond" science, it just gets added to science, there is nothing beyond the scope of science, even if it is beyond the realm of human understanding... but that's the last thing I'm gonna say on it because it's a boring argument and I'm sure burnt is as sick of it as I am.

Doesn't really matter. If people can't stand statements like this, then people should maybe take a break. Must be hard to live life not be able to handle others to disagree with you.

Well I've said it before. Science uses formulas based on the physical reality. It can't grasp anything beyond the properties of the physical world. A lot of people have discovered things beyond the physical world but it will not be added to science until science has the tools to deal with it. And science is young but the universe has evolved for a very long time. Science has much to learn.

But funny to see you really believe there's NOTHING beyond the scope of science Very happy Hahahaha I just find that soooo ridiculous hahahahhahahahaha Very happy

DMTripper,
what's amazing about all of this is that WE are [seemingly] the tools to gathering+analyzing this profoundly bizarre data?!

Surely it's not THAT rediculous and laughter surely isn't evidence against the point. I find it rediculous when people use laughter in such a way, like the type of person that turns to the rest of the room as they do it to stop the person in question proving their point, or at least try to offest the chap psychologically.

I believe on a certain level science CAN explain everything. Say there's another reality with different energy's and dimensional rules. Do you not think it's possible that the beings who live in that realm have their own science with which to explain it as we have research on the ways we explore the forces that make up this realm?

I believe whether in this world, paralell worlds or even the spirit world, should those things exist, some of the beings who live there will be inquisitive enough to become scientists.

So should a scientist in one of those realms or this one, find a way to communicate their research on their dimensions to the others and also receive information then in all likleyhood, yes science will some day be able to describe literally everything.

But it's ok. I understand... imagine trying to explain the structure of a molecule to a caveman! Some day the human species will look back on us as cave men. That's how I have faith in science. Which contributes to the reasons I have faith in burnt Smile
