Hello! From my experience, music greatly affect the route in which the experience of dmt goes through, and since the beginning of my dmt journey I've always listened to "Light" cosmic downtempo(I don't know if that's a genre, things like dreamstate, and mostly "cosmic" songs in general) or frequencies / binaural beats

But I've also experienced something quite amazing listening to these incredible music / videos / works of art by MelodySheep, the songs usually last 4-5 mins
I don't know much about who create these content, but for me at least it's one of those works that stand out so much that it feel completely timeless

The Trailer of the latest piece of their series of videos exploring the concept of Life in different scales / perspectives
I do not have the words to describe how good is, in my opinion I've never watched anything that came close to this(Outside books, but I feel like that's a different form of communication / transportation of information)

Thanks for the recommendations, and welcome to the Nexus!

Care to tell us a little more about your DMT practise? Does it fit in with any other psychedelic use you may have had?

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."

Hey people, my first post here. Glad to finally be part of such a great community Very happy
The orchestral score from the Transformers films would be one of my top recommendations for
an epic uplifting experience.
Here's a link to a compilation if you are interested: https://www.youtube.com/...v=TcYaoqM9_DI&t=650s

I look forward to trying this music on my next experience. Does the Nexus have a recommended playlist that can be found for people to use? I've found that the youtube videos with graphics are basically useless because the eyes open experience is far less than the eyes closed experience, but the difference in music is profound. I feel a playlist or a song list since the trip is so short would be beneficial.

You recommended pieces made me think of this one, which I in fact have used with DMT and 5MeO a few times...

This is one I like. I've traveled with and without music, and music changes everything.

Music can make or break the experience imo, Janax Pacha is my goto for a spiritually lifting experience: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvty2Scdn5U This set has helped put me back on track. Tbh all of his music is fantastic!

For a more invigorating! experience I go for something a little more si-fi! https://www.youtube.com/...1M4rWfqkPH9pmfTiZnqmlRLn Church of Hawkwind is always rewarding and has taken me on fantastical journeys around the Mother Ship.
Believe in yourself.

Haven't blasted off to Tool but I want to blast off towards the beginning of Reflection. (I would take out Viginti Tres from the line up lol).

PS. Welcome fellow Seeker.
