I can't help it...that's the place where they feel at home most Wink

Oh and it's his first time growing them, so he's pretty amazed by them...seeing them grow, holding them for thee first time...the legendary magic mushrooms (he knows that they're pretty small but who cares )

Aren't they beautiful, good luck with them Smile

Make some sporeprints and fill your own syringes, last week I innoculated some jars with one-year-old spores from an earlier flush, they are very much alive! Hope to harvest in two weeks or so.

He doesn't have the conditions to make prints ...no access to a microwave/oven and a pretty dirty place ...it sucks because he doesn't want to be a freeloader at the free spore ring...he needs to think of something to make up for it.

making prints is very easy - all that is required is a small tupperware container and a peice of tinfoil.
its very easy, quick and the mess wont be an issue.

And as phlux said, prints are very easy to make!

"We live together, we act on, and react to, one another; but always and in all circumstances we are by ourselves. The martyrs go hand in hand into the arena; they are crucified alone. Embraced, the lovers desperately try to fuse their insulated ecstasies into a single self-transcendence; in vain. By its very nature every embodied spirit is doomed to suffer and enjoy in solitude. Sensations, feelings, insights, fancies — all these are private and, except through symbols and at second hand, incommunicable. We can pool information about experiences, but never the experiences themselves. From family to nation, every human group is a society of island universes."

Mushroom growing is a rewarding hobby and as long as you make spore prints you will have a lifetime supply of them. Buy one of those daily pill containers that have a compartment for each day of the week and place a cap in each partition and shut it. The next day you can open it, dump the cap, and have a collection of spore prints that are now protected, easy to see, and easily stored away for future plans.

Ecuador. First Flush yield was only 10g dry (from 6 cakes), but my friend is still happy.

Awesomee Idea! My friend made some prints on tinfoil, but is very unsure about possible contamination. But BRF is cheap so what the hell.

Nice work my friend! It's quite a feeling of accomplishment isn't it? Some of SWIM's most powerful guys have been quite small.

Another tek for prints is just to put the cap in the bottom of a clean wide mouth 1/2pint (small size) canning jar and spin the cap on, and give it a couple days. This way the spores are already in the jar, and you just add your sterile water to the jar, shake, shake, shake, and you have a spores in liquid, ready to be sucked back into sterilized syringes!

Congrats on the harvest!

Peace!

That's a great idea too. With the daily pill container, I just squirt water from a syringe into the square and then suck it back out.

Anyone noticed Free spore rings pretty much run out of everything! Id gladly send them prints but i have none.

Well done on the grow by the way! How did you find this strain? Quick to colonize? Strong trip? Good flushes?
