Hi DMT NEXUS!
Glad to finally be a member of this amazing forum.
A quick introduction about myself:
I'm an archaeology student with main focus on pre-agriculture usage of wild plants and I am particularly interested in psychedelics in the Pleistocene.
I am a fairly experienced psychonaut from Datura in the Sumatra jungle, Ayahuasca in Amazonas and San Pedro in the Cuzco mountains and many other entheogens. I find psychedelics extremely fascinating and hopefully I can push forward the knowledge and research about the relation hunter-gatherers had with these plants. There is, not surprisingly, underwhelming little evidence for psychoactive plants in the Pleistocene (Ephedra 60.000 years ago is more or less the only evidence). I am certain that the more we learn from our past relationship with nature the more we can connect and respect nature today.
With the immense knowledge there is on this forum I would love to do some thought experiments here in the forum which hopefully can help me cunstruct and narrow down better research questions. Becuase I have a lot of them haha.
Looking forward to some fascinating conversations!
