Its already been mentioned and ignored.

But this is dirt cheap to try. An ultrasonic machine to make liposomes is 20$, and lecithin is another 20.

Liposomes just enter the closest cells available, which would be the stomach lining after drinking.... but because that's nowhere near the brain, im not sure enough would enter the blood stream to get there. granted, it probably wouldn't need an maoi to work, but it also wouldn't reach the brain anyway.

On the inverse, any theories as to how something could go wrong? Like, some sort of crazy science as to why this could in fact be far stronger instead?

i think it is not necessary for liposome to pass through blood brain barier. It is only neccessary to pass the digestion system. Once it pass and relased in blood stream it is enough to feel the effects without MAOi i think. I could be wrong not a biologist. If i am wrong someone please correct me

I'm ressurecting this dead thread..
I work in the biotech industry, which applies this technology. Apparently, there is greater conversion using the SAS method, vs the Bangham/ultrasonic method.
I plan to apply the SAS method for lipisome prep (using the SFE rig I cited before), with a uHPLC pump delivering an ethanolic solution of lecithin into a stream of CO2. Stay tuned.
