So SWIM has a vial of 5x harmaline tincture acquired from a merchant online...

SWIM wants to know how this should be taken, under the tongue or ingested? And how long under the tongue?

Anyone here have any experience with hamraline tinctures, please share them...

do what the bottle says times 2.
You can always take more.. this stuff should be pretty safe. watch what u eat/take since its a MAIO inhibitor.
Both is fine, under the tounge for a minute should work faster, then swallow.

SWIM was really just unsure how long to hold under tongue for it to be effective.
SWIM really does not want to waste either the tincture or the spice itself.

swim should wait for the tinctures desired effects.. then spice it up!
swim can always just do a drop at a time and absorb it all.

Screw holding it under your tongue. If you're taking it to inhibit your gastric MAO enzymes, which are not present in your mouth, then this is silly.

DMTincture under the tongue, on the other hand, may be active w/o MAOI... Swim has some tincture which he is considering trying soon...

Just swallow yer harmel tincture and wait until you feel a subtle shift in consciousness (you get a bit mellower, kinda almost drunky buzzed). Usually no more than 15 min is needed. Then spice it up. Cool

If I remember correctly, sublingual DMT ingestion does not work. It apparently takes too long for the DMT to absorb in your bloodstream and reach your brain. The body seems to build up a tolerance to it rather quickly.

The only time I have read about this working is when absorbed in DMSO and then used sublingually. 10mgs had one user blasted off rather quickly.

If you do get it to work SyZyGyPSy let us know dosages and technique. I would be quite interested.

Let us know how it tastes. Taste a bit before putting a full dose under you tounge. It may have such a foul taste you may puke right away. Rue is the worst tasting thing I have tried. Maybe it wont be to bad let us know.
