So if someone say has some alkaloid inside of an acetic acid(5% vinegar) and Isopropyl Alcohol.
Say you evaporated this and it was in excess of acetic acid(more acetic acid than alkaloid in acetate salt).
Does the excess acetic acid(not bonded with the alkaloid) evaporate? or does it leave a solid/film?

acetic should evaporate, yeah, but, what alkaloid is it? because for example dmt acetate wont really crystalize..

the reason why the alkaloid in question was left anonymous is because this is a theoretical idea involving a combination between 5meo-dmt, nn-dmt, 5meo-dmt-oxide, nn-dmt-oxide. It's not the final step so don't worry about crystalization.
