Anytime I smoke the spice my jaw goes rave, it even starts from before when I´m having the pre-flight jitters. When I add peganum harmala, especially in the form of changa when it's smoked, it's even worse.

Like for example yesterday I smoked in a tobacco leaf blunt a mixture of 50% cannabis and 50% changa I made with a spice to harmala fb extract ratio of 1:1. I guess the dose of DMT was around 25mg as the blunt was shared with a friend, as well as for the harmala extract.

10 minutes into smoking it I was shaking and grinding my teeth real HARD. I have to say that I am prone to grinding and even a cup of coffee makes me jitter but yesterday was WILD compared to the small dose administerd, maybe the weed increased it. For the record everytime I take a psychedelic I am grinding my teeth so I have a mouthguard around.
I stopped grinding only 3 hours after when I ate my dinner, my whole mouth was so sore afterwards I could feel my wisdom teeth aching and slightly loosen. Like for real I could feel them moving.
The fact that my jaw was not only clenched but vibing like a string (going up and down very very fast) producing a clear sound makes me even more worried about possible dental health side effects.
Besides that physical condition I was blown in this dreamy loving ecstatic state that overpowered any discomfort.

I never heard of vibrating jaw from just changa or dmt but I heard it from my friend's tales on molly. Maybe this is a less common reaction but some people like me can have it.
What's your jaw experience with dmt/changa administration?

This Jaw thing is definitly typical for Amphetamines although some people tend more to do it than others.
Acctually when SWIM smokes DMT he doesnt know if he is biting because he leaves his body.
But SWIM is sure he doesnt, and SWIM has not seen nobody else doing it.

Probabaly you are just "special".
But i personaly would first look for clues inside the material.
I mean 3 hours of grinding?
The spice should've leaved your system by that time.
How did you get it?
If you smoke it right, you can't hold a pipe.

"How did you get it?"
You mean the dmt/harmala?
I extracted the harmala and the dmt was extracted from a close friend.

After 3 hours at least weed, and I guess also harmala, were still active as my pupils were still open... overall it was a slow comedown: first the spice, then the harmala and then the weed.

SWIM does not mix his spice and smokes a Joint after the party.
SWIM also does not have any experiences with Hamalas.
SWIM would try the spice without anything else and if this does not give you grinding you know its something else (elimination procedure). good luck tell me how it went for you

As I said is pretty common to grind when tripping. Tried spice in every possible combination (especially standalone) and always grinded, but yesterday was crackhead level of grinding.
(Mind that I never took amps or other stims so I can´t compare for real)

Hi Anciaki

I am not a scientist but i had the same problem with shrooms back in the day.
What stopped my teeth grinding was total relaxation on the day i trip.
No caffeine and mabe a long walk in nature or a workout.
I think teeth grinding is also caused by bad diet.
If you smoke alot of weed you kinda rely on the effects and are not really relaxed when sober.
If you improve your diet and learn to relax properly it should go away.
At least it did for me.

Hope you can find sth. that works for you Thumbs up

Have a gud one!!

I smoke weed only on occasions and I meditate everyday but I´m also training hardcore in powerlifting and studying for the finals so definitely I´d say I´m stressed.
I of course had my cup of coffee the other day and been following lectures/studying the whole day so I'd say not the most relaxant day of my life.

I'll try to avoid coffee next time and let´s see how it gets, possibly also on a free day.

Cheers!

I hope you find a solution for that. In my twenties a girl broke up with me because of my nightly grinding.Big grin
But almost never smoking weed and drinking coffee did it for me.
And not working a stressful job helped alot, too.
Back in the day i read an article about this problem.
If the body relaxes and the mind is very alert teeth grinding can happen.

Anyways i hope you find sth. that works

Occam's razor: trip with a leather belt in your mouth and enjoy the ride Big grin
I don't want comfort. I want God, I want poetry, I want real danger, I want freedom, I want goodness. I want a clever signature.

A leather strop, of course, being very useful for sharpening razors.

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."

lol this went creative real quick.
Though I wouldn´t put anything in my mouth when blasting since nausea is always bordering to projectile vomit (already experienced that).
