First of all I want to clarify myself by saying what I mean by regularly! Of course as with everything doing or taking anything too much can be bad for you unless if it's magic pill But my meaning is that when you for instance want to do it everyday or maybe just couple of times a week or a day sometimes (or for the rest of your life ) but fortunately some of them if not all of them might not apply to me especially at this time. Because I heard from Leo Gura that he doesn't seem to recommend doing at least 5-MEO more than 3 times a week for whatever reason that I can't remember now if I'm right? But maybe that only applies for that specific substance and not for the regular DMT! However I personally was planning maybe to do it just 7 days in row for only 1 week then give myself 3/4 days rest before doing my last or second to last trip until to reach the BT dose, so that this way I can not only better get used to the effects and over come my fear much easier and most importantly mastering the technique of vaping my spice with my glass pipe without getting nerves about it . But how often is it ok to do dmt anyway in overall? Especially if you don't want to develop Psychological dependency or damage your body or brain? Kind regards

Friend, I am very serious here: I have had my binge with DMT and the molecule and it left me slightly crazy for a year.
The aftereffects are lasting even now, after 3+ years I first heard about the molecule.
So I wouldn't advise regular consumption with such periodicity.
Try to make it a weekly or be-weekly event, if you are feeling the need to consume it for whatever reason. But seriously, have an intention for that.
I would also advise to thinking about hanging up the phone. What is that you are especially seeking with the molecule?

Frequency is not that relevant it's how you deal with it, and the message that you got. if it tells you to stop smoking (just to take a simple exemple), and you keep going everyday, ignoring the message, you might create a deep incoherence within yourself And yeah... what are you seeking, and why do you think it requires multiple tokes? though, i think 7 tokes in a week can be handle... but it really depend on the person. i don't think there's any kind of rule or average good measure... it's so personal. But from my experience (and my surrounding) , recreative use is generally not a great success... it backfires quickly.

This question is very contextual and subjective. If something was wrong with set and setting, if you were in a bad phase, going through mental difficulties, or had underlying mental issues, smoking dmt even once in a while might be too much and lead to psychological issues. On the other hand, if you took care of set and setting, had some preparation in case experiences turn sour so you'd know how to deal with negative experiences, and also made sure to work on integration after experiences , then you could prob increase frequency with lower probability of difficulties. Another factor to take into account is that it is normal to have a Honeymoon Period, where when people start learning about and having access to DMT, they use quite a lot in a short period of time. This generally tappers off naturally. That being said, I think generally DMT often seems to have a self-regulating mechanism. If you overuse it, the experiences will start turning negative, you'll get more denied breakthroughs, and generally feel something is 'off'. This is a sign you need to at the very least take a break, and try to work on other things in life. So try and lead a healthy balanced life, work on set and setting and integration, and be attentive on the signs the experiences might be sending you.

Water is good. But would you feel good if you drank 10 gallons of water every day? I don't want comfort. I want God, I want poetry, I want real danger, I want freedom, I want goodness. I want a clever signature.

Don't try this, the first gallon or two would kill you if you drank it too quickly. Hyponatraemia. “There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work." ― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli

Depends how we define 'regular.' DMT can be as opposing to 'regularity' as is the south pole of a powerful magnet is to another south pole. 'What's going to happen?' 'Something wonderful.'
Skip the manual, now, where's the master switch?

What is your intention or purpose in visiting? The answer to this is going to shift with time. There are many doors, and they open and close. The only thing I would advise against is visiting aimlessly. Also, psychedelic use needs to be integrated into your life in such a way that it lifts you up. If you are losing sleep, missing work, neglecting friends and family, blowing money you don't have - you need to stop and get your life in order. If psychs start to bring you mental stress that is not productive (e.g., just feeling anxious, vs. processing trauma/issues in a positive way), back off and work on integration. If your bills are paid, your pets are fed, your loved ones are happy, you are taking care of yourself - then go for it. When I started drinking Ayahuasca, I drank twice a month for a couple of years. I tried one 7 day adventure because I was curious. That chapter of my life eventually came to a close, I took ten years off, and now I'm back drinking every 4-5 days to deal with some health issues. DMT is not physically addictive, and won't cause you any physical/brain damage. It actually has powerful neuroprotective and immunomodulating properties. But the experiences can be very intense, and sometimes test the limits of what you can mentally handle. It's not recreational. Some things will come easy, some will be a test

DMT can be aesthetic and exciting, but it's not about the visuals and altered senses, but growth that requires taking responsibility. Much of the discussion about DMT focuses on the strange experiences it can trigger, but it's the most shallow level of DMT. Maybe that level exists to protect the more profound insights from those who are not ready for it. Anyway, DMT deserves much respect in speech and use.
