Thank you - what an impressing line-up, and what a wonderful price! Seems like 2010 is the year I finally will go to Hungary. Smile

While I am a bit old to be tending these huge festivals, do have to say that I love the fact that such numbers turn out for these types of things. It really shows that people young and old are turning on.

A bit old?? Never to old to attend a festival. My first european festival was the Fullmoon festival 06 in germany, the amount of "old" folk there really surprised me. I prefer not to label people as "old". To me they are just as young as the mind is.

Nothing better than seeing someone close to my fathers age, stomping away to psychedelic beats, big smiles all around.

But yes, it is a good thing to see people of all ages, looks, races etc there for the same reason. MIND EXPANSIONSmile

lol maybe I am just afraid.

You see, I've seen about 60 Grateful Dead shows in my time and I dont think I ever recovered. lol
have you ever taken that ferry from San Francisco to Berkeley and looked back and seen that while in Berkeley, San Francisco doesn't exist?

nothing to be afraid of at an open air psytrance festival. it is just the next/another incarnation if the psychedelic community.
we wouldn't be here if it werent for the grateful dead. i think it was pink floyd that bridged the gap between acid rock and improv jam into electronica. natural progression with technology and musical creation.

there are many FREE trance festies in california. u will love it!

I was gonna go to the hungarian grand prix this weekend and then to Ozora... couldn't afford flights and i have already bought tickets to events. I feel like such an ass for not buying flights sooner. I was waiting for others to get there acts together and i shouldn't have. The race is on my b-day too, which is why i thought it would be really special. Oh well... next year i guess.

Anyone going to Ozora has to have fun for me too Smile

apologies for pulling this thread back up, just curious though...

anybody from here going this year?

last year was once again nothing short of stunning, continuing its trend to develop and improve year after year. 2010 gave us the permanent thatched magic garden, this year apparently they've constructed a chill temple to replace the old marquee. really can't wait!
for anybody undecided, here's the official video from 2010...

http://vimeo.com/20410755

right click, turn on HD and full screen and immerse yourselves in 45 minutes or so of bliss!

:-)

@ Nodice
If you never recovered from the Grateful Dead I'd imagine you would fit in perfectly.
