Okay so i have this little problem that i doesnt seem to be sorting its self out.
i seem to have a blocked chakra - my solar plexus - i can only seem to unblock it for a short time with maximum concentration.
it prevents me from experiencing things during experiences.
its noticable also on khat - as soon as i can let go and open it i am overpowered with euphoria - otherwize i just get anxious.
because of this iv never really been able to enjoy stimulants.
any ideas on how i can solve this ?

I get that anxiety with stimulants as well...

Could be heavy foods like alot of meats maybe...for some reason ayahuasca has beendoing somethgn to my solar plexus this week, even 2 days after the ceremony i will feel it...like a cleansing.

well for the past 8 years i didnt eat meat - now i have started eating it again but i eat it perhaps a maximum of 2 times a month or so and not in large quantities.
on eating meat again - i lost 10 kg's since i stopped being vegetarian, my brain functioning has slowed down, im not as flexible, i have less energy, etc... not really worth it imo - but il give it a bit longer - if i see any benefits il carry on - else nadda.
smoking spice with a streight spine seems to help a bit at least.

Often when people go from vegetarian to eating meat again they lack the normal gut flora needed to help in digestion. With time this comes back and you can digest meat better again.



Eating meat doesn't cause any of the above for me. Sounds like you have a nutrient deficiency or something.

I knew a guy who quit eating meat and he become seriously nutrient deficient. But he didn't do it properly thats why but still he had all the symptoms you just described and his doctor said your deficient you need to eat more!

I don't think any of your problems have to do with 'Chakra blockage'. Chakra's aren't even real.

During my time as a vegetarian I have been physically fit and i didnt get even flu once
i have no nutrient deficiencies - i do sport daily and eat fresh fruit and veggies daily.
i listen to my body - i test all foods i feel odd about and see how my body reacts to them.
before being vegetarian i was nowhere near as healthy as i was while being vegetarian - there is nothing in meat that cant be creativley replaced.

Well no. I'd rather not discuss the entire arena of human physiology to show why a completely outdated belief on how the body functions is wrong. Unless you want to discuss it? But I have a feeling no one wants to hear about facts and science anymore... I'm being sarcastic.




I am glad and I agree you can be just as healthy being a vegetarian as eating meat if not more depending on your diet / habits. I was just pointing out that your symptoms sounded similar to a friend who had developed a nutrient deficiency and didn't realize it until his doctor pointed it out.



But if you are 100% fine I don't see why you even wrote this? Eating meat once or twice a month wouldn't cause any of the above unless your eating really bad quality meat that is contaminated and making you sick. Thats what lead me to ask if you might have a nutrient deficiency.

Anyway if you don't care for my advise I won't give it my bad.

If you have a problem with the nerves known as the solar plexus this could be many many things. But Chakras is not one of them. About stimulants nervousness and anxiety is a common side effect. Its why many people don't enjoy them.

So I guess this is last thing I will say. If you want to solve your problem whatever it is don't look for advise concerning something that isn't real like Chakra's. I find it strange that so many people here believe in all this kind of stuff that really has no basis and use it as a guide to their health and well being. Anyway whatever if thats your perspective nothing I can say would help you anyway so good luck.

burnt - iv meditated for years, used entheos for years, and i heal myself.
i can see my energy flowing with my own eyes (i have to see it to beleve it)
im not mental and im not making up stories - this is my reality that i am experiencing, based on what iv decide in life.
Your reality is diffirent.
there are many things science cant explain or prove - to me, this is one of them and its something that one must experience in order to understand.

I've experienced blockage in the solar plexus myself. There are a number of ways to correct it. I have found that the most effective means of opening the solar plexus has been to breathe from the stomach. Take deep breaths through the nose and take the air deep into the stomach, then release slowly through the nose. This type of breathing is common in most yogic practices. Once you get in the habit of doing it, you will really feel your energy flow increasing. If you do it long enough, you will start to get high from the increased energy flow and you will wonder why you haven't tried it before (at least that was the case with me). This will not only open the solar plexus but will also strengthen your stomach muscles too.

You might also want to look into healing with crystals. Various crystals have certain properties that help align specific chakras. Sit down and meditate with a piece of topaz while focusing on your breath.

yes breath with the stomach..I have noticed this..you get that butterflies feeling in the solar plexus as it opens up and you should feel very euphoric..

Better yet how about a new Religion based on fact. Chakras are a antiquated term for guilt and doubt. Yes valid but we have new descriptions for such things. I am not saying the feeling is invalid to those so indoctrinated I am just saying they have been indoctrinated to a ancient philosophy.

preddy hektic responses - i personally would prefer to live naked in the jungle than in any city or town - my approach serves me well.

I think its sort of closed minded, or maybe blindly rationalistic, to think people are "going against the facts of science" just because they believe you can perceive more directly the energy that is present in the body through focus. The brain effects the body. I've had hundreds of things happen to me that science cannot currently account for as it stands now, i don't believe its all true to the way i interpreted them, but i know many others have these experiences as well..especially here! Besides science is just our best method for modeling the world in a way that we can understand, it isn't the world itself and currently can't explained tons of the unusual experiences people report here daily, around the world daily.. Sure maybe its mass hallucination, or just fanciful mind masterbation. I suspect people here are so sure of this energy since its presence becomes blatantly obvious on entheogens. You can call them chakras or whatever you wish it doesn't matter. At first I never meditated on the places where chakras are, i just sat in deep thought or attempted to quiet my mind and listen to my body and did a sort of pranayama, which is simply talking full breathes. Eventually you start reaching the bliss++ states and it feels as though there is huge hearts everywhere in your body, in your palms, along the torso..
