There may be an interaction between Lion’s Mane and Mushrooms/DMT. I had about seventy beautiful, entertaining, educating trips in the last seven months, mostly on mushrooms, and in a smaller amount, on pharma. My last 5-7 trips consisted of memories of parallel lives in a world similar to this. All of them seem to be memories. I haven’t made any other significant changes in my life in the last few months. I eat the same, I do the same things. Don’t mix these with psychedelics unless you are ready to see something different.

I for one take lions mane (fresh and/or supplements) and have not noticed a negative interaction with psychedelics. Cheers.

Chaga does not interact with shrooms. Speaking from experience. Gate Gate Pāragate Pārasaṃgate Bodhi Svāhā

I took it for ADD, but I read it helps: * "Regaining memories" * "Developing new neural pathways" These two would explain it in 100% what’s happening. In the last few weeks, I have been telling everyone "I’m seeing memories on my trips". Whether the memories are real or not is another question.

How often do you trip? The problem is that I’m not sure it’s a negative interaction. The problem is, I consider it likely that what I saw are indeed my memories. I take lions mane weekly and don't trip very regularly at all (it's been a few months). I've also taken cubensis together with lions mane and did not notice a difference. I did this because Paul Stamets has claimed a synergistic effect when taking both together, but I did not notice anything (he also adds niacin).

I have been taking the Mane daily (2-6 pills, usually 2). I have been tripping every second day. If it’s their interaction what happened to me, then it took it weeks to kick in. My last five trips were not comparable to the previous seven month’s trips. Also, in the last few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my motoric skills.

There was another nexian, i think it was bancopuma, who also had a bad experience once, combining lions mane with shrooms. I don't know if the lions mane was the cause of the experienced negativity, but i suppose it is possible.
I have never done this combo myself, but i do find that lions mane by itself has very noticeable effects. It is definately a powerfull stimulant. Not exactly like amphetamines. But it would definately keep me awake if i would decide to eat some before going to bed. I think as a stimulant this mushroom is at least as powerfull as a good, strong cup of coffee.

Interesting observations Anonymous2.
Dragonrider wrote exactly what I intended to write- I have not taken LM with psychedelics but I have used it daily during some periods and, compared to all the other mushrooms in the host defense lineup, it is clearly much more active. I used it with great pleasure to gently boost attention and memory. I never cared to take the other mushroom supplements because I take them and don't feel any different. Not the case with LM.
I used to get it at a good discount from my job, but I no longer have that access and I find it too expensive for me. I should search for a cheaper producer than I can afford because I miss taking it and would be curious to explore this theory of yours.

I indeed noticed improved motoric and neuron-related functions on myself. I thought it was the mushrooms. It’s possible that partially it was the Lion’s Mane.
I wouldn’t call my last trips "bad". Somehow, they were more shocking though.
