Hi,
I have had a adrenal gland carcinoma which has luckily been removed in toto. As a safety I now have to make a treatment with a med called lysodren (mitotane) which surpresses adrenal gland cells. So my remaining a g is not working atm. Thats why I have to take cortison. I tried changa and acid a very few times since then and I enjoyed the experiences. What do you think from a professional point of view. I dont want to miss having good trips but also dont want to put myself into a very high risk. How stressfull is dmt/lsd for the liver? I guess it cant be very harmful becaus of the very small amount you need to have an effect. As far as I read ayahuasca is off the table as long as I have the treatment which I am very sorry about. Maybe also changa is not the best idea because of the harmalas. But dmt and lsd should not be a problem? My doctor which I asked could not tell me.
Anybody in the same situation or someone with a lot of experience who would at least share his/her opinion? I know in the end it is my own decision and probably I will go for it as I love entheogenic experiences from time to time in the right set and setting Big grin
Thanks in advance for your answers. Be the best version of yourself Namaste

Hi there,

In general, giving medical advice or opinions in this context is prohibited on the Nexus per the attitude.

If a trained MD isn’t sure, we probably should not be giving opinions. I don’t imagine there are a ton of scientific articles from highly reputable medical journals regarding liver toxicity of DMT, or liver toxicity of DMT in subjects who are taking mitotane.

If this is all temporary, I would wait
