A company is designing it for me it's all made out of ss316L 150 mesh including the legs

It’s a nice setup, I wish the glass stem was slightly longer though..... for some reason I like to watch the vapor lol.

Ok. I would consider 100 mesh, but 150 works as well. The legs should be as wide as The post openings on the mesh rda for best and even heating of the cup bottom. Looking forward to see the result. 👍🤞

150 as a cup will be perfect, the legs are 1cm wide so will fit perfect, don't worry it's all worked out and it will be perfect

What’s the recommended dose via e-mesh for a virgin?
From past posts on here 25-30mg seems about right, but I want to make sure that is a breakthrough dose.

I know the basic recommendation is for a tester dose, but i’m Really really reticent to do a sub breakthrough dose.
I have past experience with psychedelics (over 10 years), mostly involving ketamine.

Okay, so I’m trying to get my e-mesh rig set up right...

I’m using a aegis solo mod with the VV RDA, as recommended.

The mod only seems to go down to 200F, am I missing something or will I just have to be careful doing a pulse melt.

I’m using the SS316L 150mesh (7cm piece as recommended) the “coil” setting (resistance?) automated to 0.35 and goes up to 0.42 when active, is that about right?

Is it important to make sure there is zero contact with the mesh corners and the casing?

When I first installed the mesh I tested it on default settings, the mesh glowed brightly and cooled to a darker colour than before. Will this be good to go now, or should I still be burning off with a lighter? (FYI I’m using the VV branded mesh)

When testing in the dark with the suggested settings it doesn’t seem to glow at all. Is this okay?

You should set the temp to 200 degrees C not F. Or set it to 390 F if You prefer F.

The mesh shouldn't touch the cap.

7 cm sounds like too much, making The mesh wimsy and hard to load spice. 4-5 cm should do.

Mesh Will get darker after glowing, and You should make it glow, to make The mesh heat up evenly, and remove possible residue.

Check The temperature settings and see if it heats better, and report back.

And lock The ohm/resistance when the mesh is at room temp.

Just tested it at 390F. The mesh glows hot in a well lit room, is that okay? only I read in this thread that it should be seen to glow in a dark room.

I know you’re familiar with this mod, so I was wondering if you could walk me through this. The instructions that came with it are crap, and geek vape haven’t published an online manual for it!

Which mode should I be operating in? TC-SS Or TC-TCR?

The four settings under the main temperature are “coil” “wat” “tcr” and “puff”.
With wattage set to 35, what should the coil and tcr settings be? (In ss mode tcr is locked off) should coil be locked at 0.35?

I’ve made two meshes on 5cm one 7cm. The 7cm has a 2mm fold back. Will be playing around with them a bit to see what’s more stable. Is having a slightly rounded moulded mesh table a bad idea?

I'll walk You through mate.

If The mesh is glowing in a light room, lower The temps. Don't worry about how much it shows on The display.

First, Try to lower The temps to 360, and check mesh again in a dark room, and let me know how IT looks. Play around with temps until You can see a faint red glow.

In ss settings, click until coil, then click - button to lock resistance.

Watts 50-60

Tcr Can be adjusted in tcr mode. If coil is glowing til much, lower The tcr or temperature

Aim for faint red glow in a dark Room.

Make The mesh flat on top, no dumpa, You want to use as much area as possible, hence flat mesh.

When You got The temp right, out The spice carefully on the mesh, and spread it in The flat mesh area without spilling. This Can be hard with a 7cm mesh....

After loading spice, click The fire button a few times to liquify The spice, cap on, bon voyage

Made up a new mesh piece, as directed (will be getting wider mesh for future) and reset the resistance (now lower). Been doing lots of fiddling with settings - The main problem i’ve found is that the mesh heats up then drops, does this mean it will either peak too hot or run low too cold. ie should I be trying to get it to get to that mild glow in the dark and stay there?

The mesh red glow in a dark room, this is the sweet spot.

When You inhale, the mesh will be cooled by the airflow.

It is normal that the mesh kickstarts when You first hit the Button, then drops.

It should vaporize The spice with no burnt taste at this point.

If You have trouble loading spice, Load half, liquify, and then load The rest.

If You have 5-10mg to spare, load it and blow on the mesh and check how it vaporizes. No burnt smell should appear.
