Hello fellow explorers,

Anyone have experience growing Turkey Red Phalaris grass indoors? Any recommendations for doing so? Particularly, grow lights and soil mixes to max alkaloid content? I've found the work on stressing the plants to max alkaloid content on my own and although it was published about outdoor crops I see no reason the same stressors wouldn't apply indoors.

On another note, I have read mixed reviews about mixing 5meo (specifically 5 found in full spectrum Phalaris juice/extract) with MAOIs. Johnny Appleseed and a few others seemed pretty confident that this mixture provided some really special results, yet elsewhere I have read stark warnings about the dangers of combining 5 mixtures with an MAOI.
