I came across this study which measures LSD / DMT cross tolerance in rats that are trained to press a button to receive milk.

"Another group of Ss was made partially tolerant to the disruptive effects of LSD (0.1 mg/kg, ip) on barpressing with a series of injections given 1/day for 21 days and then 3 times/day for the next 4 days. Cross-tolerance was not demonstrated to a challenge injection of 10 mg/kg of DMT."

I take that to mean that at least in rats there is not a significant correlation between tolerance in the two. Meaning that an LSD macro trip might not reduce effectiveness of DMT in days immediately after. For more experienced peeps, what are your thoughts on this? Personal experience?
