hi to everyone, I am new here and still learning how to use this type of communication (new not dumb) recently returned from peru just before lockdown due to COVID 19, tried ayahuasca multiple times while in the Peruvian amazon...life-changing experience. when I arrived back started research about how to acquire ingredients here in Australia. ended up with ACACIA acuminata (narrow leaf) and Syrian Rue (seeds). read a lot of tek extraction methods, but here is the problem... the abbreviations some of you guys use leaves me in the dark as to the precise understanding of your words... can anyone supply me with a link to a page where all the abbreviations might be listed so as to make my task for the search of knowledge a little bit easier... cheers

The wiki would be a good place to start.

Make a list of ones you don't understand foremost so we know what you aren't familiar with and what you're specifically asking, it might be that you still (and likewise for me as well) need to do more research on the site; its alotta to grasp but start with wiki like dragonrider said, maybe ask in chat when you're reading about extractions and come across that abbreviation that stumps you. Chat let's you ask quickly, have it pulled in another tab with your tek. Also be patient you'll familiarize with experience either way, just keep digesting and processing information gradually you'll broaden what you understand
So they're saying I can't call it Almondmilk, it has to be "Almond juice" or "Almond beverage" and I'm like "don't have a cow man"

SWIM is outdated drugs forum speak, means Someone Who I Met, Someone Who Isn't Me, etc. Obviously quite popular on the Nexus at one point, it is now considered passe.

Psychedelic drugs don´t change you, they don´t change your character,
unless you want to be changed. They enable change. They can´t impose it.

i can remember ~15 years ago on forums like this getting annoyed with the whole "SWIM" thing and people thought i was stupid because i said it wont stop anybody getting arrested and it just creates confusion. they would not accept any other way.
i hope those people are reading this Laughing

SWIM is unwieldy to use, but so is, e.g., "my uncle's evil Russian steppe hamster" - "MUERSH"?? Laughing

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
