Every time somebody posts pictures of their evap/precip trays after performing a grass extraction, I feel bad for them for doing so much work for so little return, and have the urge to send them a handful of rootbark. Let's see some goshdamn SPICE in that tray!! Let me see a freaking PILE!!!
Having spent my first 20 something years as an Oregonian, I can say the state is big on removal of invasive grass, noxious weeds etc. They talked about it some in school.
How are you Null? I've been loving all the PNW outdoors pics you've been posting this summer. You lucky dog. Next time you are in the Bend area, take something, an eighth of cubes used to be my favorite go to for this, and go for a drive down the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway. It takes you up in the mountains, it is beautiful, especially in nice weather. It used to be one of my very favorite places to trip.
