Ibogaine to repair monoaminergic functions with respect to MDMA Options

I would like to share the medical aspects of my recent experiences with Ibogaine, and would be curious to hear anyone's thoughts on it.

About two months ago, I ingested 500mg of Ibogaine HCl, not expecting too much from it, since I had taken up to 120mg several times before with only minor effects. Against my expectations, these 500mg completely blew me out of the water! It was the most powerful and long-lasting psychedelic experience of my life (yes even more powerful than smoked DMT)!

Once the acute effects had worn off, I felt "cleansed" in a way I had never felt before. The Ibogaine totally kicked my ass and it was extremely emotionally cathartic. From then on, I was in a far more positive state of mind, and did not experience the negative neurological states that I attributed to the excessive MDMA use, mentioned above.

A month later, I took another 500mg of Ibogaine HCl, this time knowing what I was getting into. This experience was less emotionally intense than the previous one, but lasted just as long, and made me feel even better after it was all over!

I continue to feel balanced and clean like I haven't for a very long time. I have never felt this healed by any other substance before, both emotionally and physically, and I believe that the Ibogaine undid any possible damage due to the MDMA.

So my question is, do you think this is all just in my head, or could Ibogaine truly be a treatment for MDMA neurotoxicity?

Peace
Al

Iboga is an incredible plant, capable of upregulating many different pathways within the brain. It has long lasting effects on serotonin and dopamine production and the reuptake of these neurotransmitters.

What you are suggesting seems perfectly reasonable. For one, I considered it to have cured my anxieties many years ago.

Iboga is known to "reset" receptors. This seems totally plausible to me.

Feelings and perceptions are real. Science has yet to catch up with their own description of what's happening.
