I want to make a new Changa. I already have Lotus Flower and passionflower that I can use for the leaf material, do I need B.Caapi for the leaf material too? Is it essential? I already have the DMT and 1 gram of harmine.

Caapi leaf is a popular (and possibly the original) source of harmalas in Changa, but it is by no means required. As long as there is DMT and harmalas present in the herb blend, it's Changa.

Great, so I will make my new changa with 500mg DMT, 500mg lotus flower leaf, 500mg passion fruit leaf, 1.5 grams harmine freebase. What do you think of that?

There are tons of tried and true recipes on here. I recommend you really do some research. Your mix here has way too much harmine. You don't need nearly that much. Try 100mg instead of 1.5 grams. And even that may be too much. It's supposedly active in the microgram range when smoked.

I personally never weighed out any Harmala extract for my Changa, i just scooped some extract out, put it on top of the bowl and smoked. Harmala-heavy Changa is pretty good, but tis true that you probably don't need too much Harmalas.

I recommend harmalas about a 3rd of DMT weight in changa, works very well for me.

If you prefer to get the full dose in one hit, I also recommend increasing the alkaloids vs. leaf ratio. I always use 16.7% harmalas, 33.3% leaf, 50% dmt, which gives a nice dark strong changa.

So if you use only 500mg harmine but 1.5g dmt with your 1g combined leafs, you get changa I want to smoke Smile

Something like this:

OK it is really good that you guys tell me this. I was following this receipe: https://psychonautwiki.o...hanga_preparation_guide which uses those ratios.

And as far as leaf, the lotus flower/passionflower mix is good enough, right?

Huh, looks like an accident. They even say beforehand
Quote:
The following recipe is for 1g of changa at 50% ratio (100mg changa = 50mg DMT)

which would be correct (but 3g of course) if they didn't reverse dmt and harmalas Smile

The lotus/passiflora mix should be fine.
