I'm planning on doing a q2121 extraction on 15g of powdered virola theiodora bark. I've read that 5-meo-dmt doesn't like strong bases like lime, so I'll use sodium carbonate. Concerning the solvent, I've come upon conflicting info on it's solubility in naphta. Some say it's partially soluble, some that it's not at all. I don't think I'll be able to find a different solvent such as DCM where I live, so I'll probably try with naphta anyway.
If someone has any tips, do tell. I plan on posting the results of the extraction wether I succeed or fail.

Check this thread. You need to be sure your bark hasn't had its resin removed before you got it. 69ron wrote:The "resin" is higher in alkaloid content than the bark is, but the sap is where most of it is and that is harvested before any of it gets out of the jungle. “There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work." ― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli
