Few times ago, new webservice sponsored by privacy / alternative association offered a free service to share video. The service is named Peertube. https://joinpeertube.org/en/

It use P2P, you can create your own peertube instance (as mastodon, owncloud or soo) then access to the peertube network streaming. For who love pushing video into the web, this service have no user tracker (unless public IP as P2P network) et give you control on published video (when deleted, it's deleted).
