Has anyone tried to cook canonic Peruvian brew with Chacruna, Chaliponga and Amyruca? Can you get a strong effect without vomiting? On my experience, after vomiting, the entire effect quickly disappears. In many sources it is written that without vomiting and diarrhea there are no rituals.

I don't know what amyruca is, but i have done brews with chacruna and chaliponga. In my experience, vomiting isn't realy necessary. It is also very personal: some people vomit all the time, and some people never do, with ayahuasca.

Chacruna is milder to the stomach than chaliponga. Many people vomit if they take larger amounts of chaliponga. Chaliponga and chacruna go very well toghether though, and brews with just a small amount of chaliponga and a larger amount of chacruna can be very potent, as well as tolerable to the stomach.

You can get strong effects with such brews, but i can't guarantee that there'll be no vomiting.
