I am in a horrible situation and I really need some HONEST and LEGITIMATE advise. I am going to have to take a 5-panel hair follicle drug test in the next week or so and I have used meth for the past 5 months. I bought the aloe rid shampoo and the zydot ultra clean. With those predicts I received a list of 2 methods--Mike's method and the Macujo method....I have read skool much online about both and I am just so confused if the whole process will work for me worth only a few days left before testing...? Anybody that has a personal experience to share with me would be greatly appreciated!!

That's a good method, although I'd suggest to shave off all hair except from the armpits, then proceed with the hair treatment on your sole remaining - axillary - hair. This minimises the amount of chemicals needed and is also further away from sensitive parts such as eyes and genitals.

Treating the hair with ammonia solution after the baking soda will also assist in clearing residues, but make sure it's dilute (for God's sake!)

After the solvent washes, a final rinse with citric acid will also help. Followed by bleaching, and then dyeing your hair back to its natural colour.

Destroy the hair, just don't leave it in too long or it will fall out.
