I know Noman said something about hydrogen peroxide but what do you do with it? I like the oxide MUCH better. It's much more vivid, loving, euphoric etc. etc. Should I just pour a few drops of hydrogen peroxide on the powder and let it dry??
Thanks

Alright. Seriously. This is like the third thread I've started that doesn't get an answer. Can someone tell me why there is 50 views on the thread and no replies? Do people just not know? Am I asking the wrong way? WTF???

SpiritWalker, the following thread discusses converting nn-dmt to n-oxide using hydrogen peroxide as part of a test to investigate its solubility in various solvents: http://www.dmt-nexus.me/....aspx?g=posts&t=1553 . However you will have to scan through the whole thread to find the pertinent references. Hope this helps you in your endevours, OF I want to be happy, But I can't be happy, 'till I make you happy, too In the province of the mind, there are no limits.

In the DMT handbook I believe it states that the yellow oil layer on the bottom of the recrystallization dish is DMT N-Oxide. So that's one very easy way you can get it, while at the same time cleaning up your DMT, until you figure out a way to turn all your DMT into DMT N-oxide.

DMT-oxide forms when DMT oxidates. That is, when it is exposed to oxygen. Isn't it then possible to just leave your DMT powder out in the air, maybe with a fan? It will over time turn into a yellowish oily substance, which is DMT-oxide. It is possible that some of the DMT will react further than the oxidation, thus becoming inactive, so a conversion technique may be a better choice.
