According to all the information I have found on this plant it likes to grow in Arizona, Texas and comes from Australia but I found it here in Northwest Arkansas.

Hey Justintime!

Did you end up conducting an extraction on your material?

From what I have heard, A. Angustussima has a relatively small alkaloid content, so if you get a small or fruitless yield, don't be disheartened. As with most acacias, further extractions are needed to evaluate accurately the plants content.

Thank you very much for being part of the process! Thumbs up

I have it ground up in my freezer waiting. I've been having to do all my fun as a woodsman since we moved in to help out my mother and father in-laws. But I plan on it soon.
Yeah the cost of getting a good amount of this stuff was 20 mosquito bites and a really weird bug kept swarming around and landing on me lol

Great attempt, the yield rings true with what Lupis Arante was saying.

This was from the roots? What might the alkaloid content of the other parts be?

It would be worth trying again in another season, perhaps after a long dry spell. Just for the record, what time of year was it and what were the weather conditions prior to harvest?

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli
