I couldnt post in general questions for some reason so I just plonked it in here, if it needs moving please do so
I recently found an acacia that (with some help on ID) have concluded was a acacia Floribunda of narrow leaf variety. The tree itself is 10-15m tall so it is an older tree. With a trunk base somewhere around 50+cm (I didn't measure it just guestimating)
I decided to collect a sample of phyllodes to run an extraction on, let them dry out over a few days and ground them up finely with a small coffee grinder, I had to collect another few branches another time because I only ended up with about 20g of phyllodes in the pic below. The aroma is reminiscent of a slightly green tea /grass clippings smell with a hint of pepper like sting to the nostrils.
Anyway as this is phyllodes and not root bark, I wanted to know what Tek would best work in this situation? A/B, STB?
