Do you chant/hum/sing when you are exploring... Options

Often, when I 'come to'/regain awareness, I find myself humming.

Commonly, something of an 'om', long and drawn out. And it feels good, and as I become aware I'm doing it, I continue, until it stops feeling good.
More recently, I come around and I realize I'm humming in a high-pitched falsetto. Not terribly high, but falsetto.

One observer told me, the closest they could describe it was as a Native American language. Another said it was just random chanting.

I have found myself just making syllables. And like I say - it just feels good, when I realize I'm doing it.

One observer told me, the closest they could describe it was as a Native American language. Another said it was just random chanting.

Talking to some fellow travelers and observers, I mention "I don't really interact, communicate" with those that I meet. They shake their heads. "No, we hear you. You tell them, for example 'I *am* singing'." But I contrast that with what I read on here, many of you have interactions, maybe about things, about your selves, about the entities.

And one observer, very puzzled by it all, asked "well, why do you even do it?" and my only response, without even thinking about it, was "because they *want* me to do it..."

Anyway.

Just trying to make some kind of sense...

Oh yes!! It took me quite some time to find a voice. I make all sorts of noises when I'm exploring. Sometimes OM and sometimes just nonsense noises. I have learned to have fun with it. For some reason I always feel giddy and silly when I use my voice when exploring. Like some kid screwing around in an echo room! lol

Sound is the one thing that translates both here and in hyperspace. Music. Melody. Notes. Vibration. Vibration seems to tie everything together in some way. A universal language. It just feels that way.

It feels like nothing can touch me when I use my voice. It's a certain kind of power. Hard to put my finger on it. It provides protection somehow.

I actually love this topic. I have tried many sounds and music along the way. Every sound seems to affect the whole experience. What I have taken out of it is that it sound acts as a grounding. Floating off in the mind can be easy. Sound and music allows for a deeper memory of the experience and also seems to keep me present.

I find myself making an "om" sound at times as well.
I definitely agree, Dmnstr8, it seems to me like vibration and frequency is somehow "the secret" of the universe, but we can't wrap our heads around why at the moment. It's interesting that the carrier wave and feeling like your whole being's frequency/vibration is being altered and modulated before reaching hyperspace. Like you need to be at a certain frequency to travel between worlds.

I have definitely read a lot that a tune or note, or almost any one of vocalization can help you through an experience, or protect you from aggressive entities/forces.

I plan on experimenting more with this myself in the future.
Either way, it doesn't hurt, may as well do it if it feels good or helps in any way.
