Not really. You cant evap kerosene well. Its better to use more volatile solvents. You could go ahead and distill off the low boiling solvents found in the kerosene.

There are teks around using all kinds of solvents just look around. There are limonene and ethanol teks.

Cant you just buy lighter fuel? Zippo or something like that works.
