What do you think the relationship in dosage is between the mice and human though? say 1g dry cubensis or 20mg oral dmt? I think this could be because of it's affiliation with the DMN. Mediation also suppresses activity in the DMN and whenever I meditate I can handle fearful situations (extreme sports) a lot more calmly, as if I am in the moment and not resisting or feeling anxious about what could happen.

I have a few questions to ask.
1. How frequent should i microdose lsd? Can I do it everyday?
2. If I do it everyday, at what dose should i do it? 20mcg?
3. What about tolerance? Is it still effective to take 20mcg today although i had microdose 20mcg yesterday?
4. Lets say i have taken 20mcg everyday for 5 days, if on sixth day, i take 100mcg for recreational purpose, would i tripping balls or not much considering the tolerance?

That is fascinating about the study with mice and the microdosing as opposed to a big dose, creating new neurons. I have to say, when I microdosed with ayahuasca, there was definitely something sharper in my consciousness, and the lucid dreaming went wild, really beautiful dreams. Never felt like I was on a journey during the day when microdosing, but the night time dreams were really technicolor and lucid. Something was definitely happening with my neurons in a different way than usual. So subtle during the day couldn't really tell, just a little more attentive and noticed things more, but dreamtime became even more beautiful, intense, and spiritually enhancing than any ayahuasca journey I ever did. Save the world! It's the only one with chocolate!

LSD and mescaline are the best to microdose that I have tried, in my experience. Mushrooms are the best of the simple tryptamines I have tried microdosing. I abandoned work with ayahuasca microdosing because I don't find a benefit. It makes me sleepy and sedated. The amount of harmalas needed for activation of the DMT in a microdose seems too high for that to be useful. Yes, there may be some peripheral benefits going on, I just don't really notice any. When I do microdose harmala extracts(not often) without any DMT, I do it for physical health, not mental well being. I microdosed ayahuasca daily for a year, and after some time I did start to feel unstable and not well. Mostly, I microdose acid. Mescaline is too rare to microdose often atm. LSA works as well, but if you have LSD I don't see the benefit of LSA..LSD more clean, more clear, more energizing... Long live the unwoke.

thanks These are good questions I'd like an answer for a well. No experience micro dosing LSD, primarily because of expense and availability. But psilocybin has been very effective for me. Microdosing doesn't go well with me; it's all-too-often all-too-easy to overshoot or overperceive (AKA 20mcg of LSD makes the walls a bit too melty or I accidentally nibble off moar of the tab than I thought I had chewed) that 'sweet spot' all the yuppies seem to yak on and on and on about. Shrooms are a similar story: when closest to successful: they just cloud my consciousness, make me burst out into unpredictably intense (category 5, just for all my Floridian friends to understand in terms of intensity) laughing fits & tremors whenever someone says sorry, all the while surrounding me in a cumulonimbus of statically-sticky-stretchy and prickly borderline mindfuckery with a few dozen Trinity test's worth of misdirected static energy surging and pulsating up and around me down and back again all over from prick to toe; Long schtick cut shart: microdosing is a waste of bodymind time which is better spent under the influence of good ol' amphetamine and/or modafinil: 2 drugs which have had a much better track record with regards to enhancing performance & mood than any microdosed psychedelic could ever hope to achieve. On another foot, though, I must say that i've never dosed mescaline.... A great big TBM is rotting away fast, currently salvaging cuttings from in as fast as I can before this titanic hits the deep 6... I currently have ~100-ish grams of fresh flesh saved just before rotting away.... perhaps phenylethylamines are a better deck of cards for me to play with than are the tryptamines & lysergamides; only time laced with a dash of industrial-grade stupidity can teach me. Pardon the 20 questions and if you've already answered these questions... ROA and amount : SWIM uses a tiny apparatus to transfer 5 to 8 mg (by eye) DMT through the hole of an oil burner. Schedule: Whenever SWIM feels like crap How effective: Effective at making SWIM not feel like crap Goal: To not feel like crap SWIM has also read several reports on Erowid of people microdosing freebase DMT for pain relief, be it physical disorders, surgical problems they've had, or just general fatigue. I use DMT in my vape juice on a day to day basis. It has worked wonders for depression and since I have started doing this I have noticed a huge difference in my day to day life. Little things that would give me anxiety don't phase me at all now and I generally just feel happier. My dose isn't really measured by hit but I use 100mg in 3ml of juice in a tank. After about 3 good drags I feel very euphoric and that is all that is needed to lift me up a bit and make my mind work in a more precise manner. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now and highly recommend this form of ROA to anyone looking microdose without the hassle of weighing out a dose each time and going through the motion of getting it into your system. It is really easy to just grab my vape pen and hit it a few times. I do NOT use nicotine at all either. As far as how often, I generally get a break to go outside at work about 3 times a day broken apart between 8 hours. Later in the day I still only vape a couple hits every hour or so depending on how I am feeling. Vaping comes as a very natural habit to me though as I was already vaping to quit using nicotine slowly before this. Based off of my other experiences with DMT, I would say that each hit would equate to ~2.5mg of DMT. So 3 to 5 hits is enough to make me "feel" it very slightly but not enough to affect my day to day activities. "DMT is never late. Nor is it early. It arrives precisely when it means to."
