Partial Kundalini Awakening Options

Last night, after my Chakras were cleansed a bit more, and then "sealed" to prevent unnecessay energy leakage, I had, out of nowhere, a partial kundalini awakening. The initial energy ripped through my spinal channel, and then, the real thing came... crackling, like uneven lightning, up my spine, only for my spirit guides to stop it dead at around my Heart Chakra. They warned that I can't handle any further, right now. My third eye and sight felt numbed, and so did the rest of my Chakras. The tiger tried to give me some energy, but it didn't work properly. One of my other spirit guides said it would take a day or two for me to fully recover, after strong probing my third eye. He seemed to have a lot more expertise, with me feeling his energy probe much more strongly than the tiger's, even with my-then energetic weakness. Then again, he's been a spirit for much longer than my tiger spirit, and has more power and knowledge in this field, he dryly noted. I find the random commentary quite interesting, sometimes.

I feel mildly better, today, except for a sensation of a burning orb in my chest region. My spine feels like its burning at that same location, on the back. I was up at the crystal shop again, feeling I should look for yellow-coloured stones to support my Solar Plexus at the moment. I mentioned it to the counter lady, and she noted my energy felt extremely hot, as sensitive as she is, energetically, and was making her feel rather sweaty. She gave me a quick checkover and confirmed that the Kundalini was sitting between my Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras. She said that working gently with my Heart Chakra energy could help me manage it more easily.

The tiger spirit was working on my Throat Chakra last night, as well. She took it out, blew some energy onto it, then reinserted it. Felt like I had a lump in my throat, almost as if waiting to well into tears in the eyes... another energy block, this time related to... wanting to be heard, purging sadness that's been caught in my throat? This might be why I've had trouble crying and expressing tears, even though I've wanted to...?

After that, is my Third Eye... that's going to be fun. Crazy fun, ahaha... bad joke. Razz

But, first, comes grounding. Then work on the Throat Chakra. Spirit guides are also firm about me not giving into the crazy urge to masturbate, even though spinal energy is strong. If I'm to masturbate, it must be for when I'm ready for the full Kundalini awakening. So, I asked them for whatever support they can provide, and they said it's a given, so yeah.

So many powerful experiences after that Ayahuasca journey... I'm handling it okay. Without the spirit guides, I couldn't survive it.

The tiger spirit has been far more personally involved, while my other spirit guides stay a bit more distant, only intervening when its more important. They seem quite relaxed about it, except when the tiger spirit gets too excited and playful, when I need some rest.

Also, the Reiki this weekend should really help me out. Smile

Yes, sexual abstinence does tend to lean toward fostering kundalini awakenings--I have experienced this myself, too.

Re: Kundalini awakenings: Be Careful What You Wish For. A Kundalini awakening is not "good." It just is an awakening of an extremely powerful force. Sometimes it can break you if you are not prepared physically, mentally, or emotionally.

You need to be very physically active, and clear up as much as you can in terms of your emotional life. Do not wait for the kundalini experience to cleanse you. You must do the work cleansing yourself in order to make way for this light.

I also have had my kundalini stuck in my heart chakra. Not pleasant at all.

I hope you have some outlets (creative or otherwise) to channel this energy.

Except, I wasn't being sexual abstinent... the complete opposite. Until today, which absinence was demanded of me.

Ah, yes... I dreamed of awakening it, years ago, and I might almost have, if I didn't get the imperative feeling from somewhere within that I must stop completely... until now, it seems.

I like to practice drumming to songs, and I've drained my energy through intense mental effort over the past few days. The cleansing is, in part, being brought on by my spirit guides. I can't and won't say no. I'm quite happy to go through with it if yields benefits for weathering the storm. I've been grounding myself as much as possible throughout, to make it more tolerable.

Did your kundalini go all the way through? Did it fall back down? Is it still at your heart chakra?

Still at the heart chakra. To this day I feel an inordinate amount of "energy" and activity around my chest. I could call it a chest discomfort, but there is no pain, just lots of tension... And it's not physical. Whenever I try to describe it to people, the words "energy" and "consciousness" end up pouring out of my mouth despite my best efforts to not sound new-agey.

This is exactly the dilemma I went through trying to describe it. They thought it was just chest pains or back pains. I described the energy as a non-physical fiery pleasure that was so intense and dense that it was painful. Needless to say, it's impossible to describe to someone who's never had the experience.

This evening, I think I had a... minor full awakening, at best. Energy went throughout the spine, but I still have that orb of energy sitting in my chest region, last time I checked. It's a little higher now, though. Guess it is an entree, before the main course arrives. Maybe the first in a series of entrees. I don't know. I know that felt quite energetic afterwards, though. Even now, I still feel echoes of the energy. I can pulse energy through my spine, all while that orb doesn't budge very easily at all.

The energy has been more intense lately... I had a break, until this afternoon, when a strong surge of energy exploded from my Third Eye. So strong it was quite painful. I screamed mentally, writhing in pain. As it fluctuated, I let out an involuntary yelp, which must have sounded strange to the neighbours, lol. Tiger spirit just comforted me, silently, letting me know she was there, because there was nothing else my spirit guides could do to ease it.

At random times, the energy radiating from my third eye was strong enough that, while I mentally yelled hello to the crows, one of the neighbours said "shut up". It was quiet, so it couldn't have been said towards anyone else... but I was confused, so I called out to the crow again. Again, "shut up". At that point, I just stopped in shock... and so did the crow, at the exact same moment, lol. Reality check? Here you go. Razz

I've had trouble preventing my energy from leaking out, and one of my spirit guides said that the only way for the energy was out. I can't hold it in, because that would be dangerous. The best advice, at that time, was for to just let it flow in its own way, but not to project or force it, which was difficult.

I've been having more frequent headaches, too. The psychic lady said that they would happen more often while my Third Eye's energy expands and strengthens. And I've been drinking a lot of water, eating lots of vegetables, and consuming lots of sea salt, so it's not from lack of those...

Make sure you're getting enough of the other electrolytes, like the ones that are in lemon, lime, and vinegar. They balance out the salt.
