i was just looking into these to teks:

why would i even bother to do Tao of Rue when the Crude Manske tek is so much easier to do and does not require acid or base?
or am i missing something?

after spending 3 days with the tao tek I am asking myself the same

I have my jar sitting in the freezer ready to transfer to the fridge. The tek is not very clear so hopefully the I can get the alks out. Otherwise I will have very salty harmala tea and not know what my next step would be, short of basing I suppose.
