Here's one that I've been really interested in for a while:

Binding (K) constants for 4-AcO against a variety of receptors thought to be involved with psychedelic signaling (5HT: 1A, 2A-C, DA: D2, etc). I'd like to know if 4-AcO has any intrinsic activity at these receptors, beyond the possibility that it's simply deacetylated into psilocin.

Should be doable if you're working in any reasonably well-equipped mol bio lab.

If you've got lab rats, a drug discrimination test would also be interesting.
(Do your homework on this one, this may have been done, either by Nichols or another lab, I haven't been keeping up on the relevant developments lately)

Blessings

Agree, this would be very good researches for this substance.

It seems unique and not just psilocin.

other researches for qualitative effects, test between psilocin/psilocybin/4Ac0 to see if certain qualities emerge.
