If it is data you seek, then a poll is the answer. If it is specific information about specific members you seek, then it's all in da language baby Inconsistency is in my nature. The simple PHYLLODE tekI'm just waiting for these bloody plants to grow

I don't feel that age is all that important, but you could just bump this thread: How old are you?
I'm in the first bracket
<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

Why is there brackets of 10 years in the ages up until 55? Is 55 the wrinkly event horizon where age no longer becomes important?

It's a good question but I really doubt you're going to get any serious answers I think what you can get from dmt depends enormously on maturity and maturity does have something to do with age (but not necessarily a lot). In all of reality there are not two. There is just the one thing. And I am that.

like anyone really cares about age and experience. world would be 180 degrees reverse if anyone did (beyond lip service.) not to be harsh, but age and experience is worth essentially nothing these days/ "loph girl incarnate / lab rabbits included" kids dont try anything annie does at home , for for scientific / educational review only.

age and experience are absolutely relevant i agree. just on a tangible level in 2015 , its worthless, and possibly a handicap....... college educated? several degrees? military decorated? world travelled , high IQ? means nothing, its roadkill to an 8th grade dropout who just won the lottery and bought a new hummer! ^age brought me that wisdom. Personally, I like to judge the quality of posts and information here by what is said, not who said it or how old they are. Age is just another way to reinforce blinding predjudice in your subjective interpretation of information. Once in a while, you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

It's my feeling, from hanging around here for quite a while now, that ages range all over the board among active members. I agree with NotTwo, very few serious answers on this one

You're conflating age with experience. You could take a 50 year old who has taken DMT once, and a 20 year old who has smoked it hundreds of times. I would tend to treat that 20 year old as a more credible source on the subject. "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind" - Albert Einstein

Hmmmmh, not sure if we can buy that, KillaNoodles wasn't talking just any 50 y.o ...... ..... guy, but a wise, old, well-travelled philosopher?

KillaNoodles wrote:A wise, old, well-traveled philosopher, is absolutely worth lauding more than the young, apprentice philosopher. "Wise, old, well-traveled philosopher" sounds like a character straight out of a Disney tale. You must be quite young to still believe in that. KillaNoodles wrote:By that same token, an older person who has squandered his opportunities may be well beneath a younger person who has capitalized on his own. We are in agreement, you see. Anyone who judges one person above or below another, implicitly places himself above both. I don't like the smell of these sorts of judgements.
