Same repeating trip on first two breakthroughs Options

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced repeating breakthroughs like a repeating dream?
I have taken around 200 acid trips and been dropping for around 20 years so i felt well prepared for taking DMT. HaHa! how foolish was I ?
Anyway The first breakthrough I smoked around 150mg using a dry bucket (2ltr bong), which I now know is a very high dose for a first attempt. I remember the details of my trip quite well considering although i did want to scream at one point when it was getting too intense, basically i went through the normal geometric landscape bleeding into my vision, before being transported to a different realm but unlike most DMT reports that i've read mine seemed very claustrophobic (a term i have not heard mentioned much) the world i was in was completely surrounding which shocked me and i wasn't expecting that. I felt connected to everything which i thought would make me feel powerful but it actually made me feel isolated and lonely, i was shown the universe in totality by a kind of DMT presence more than an actual being but the thing that is bugging me is that I was taken to a place of emptiness ( a white empty room with just me inside it) which I felt was a kind of beginning of the universe or that all existence and life and the universe is on a cycle and it is inevitable to eventually return to such a place. In feeling that I was everything and everything was me it was like I had no escape and that I was just inventing things (the world, earth) as a form of entertainment or distraction to the constantness of existence. When I say me/God i don't mean it in the biblical sense I mean just in the all knowing consciousness sense.

Anyway the first breakthrough was intense but what shocked me was the second time I broke through even though the middle section or journey section or the breakthrough itself was different I still eventually ended up in the same isolated white space as before. The reason i'm writing this is because it freaked the fuck of me and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced multiple repeating breakthroughs.

On the plus side I definitely was not as freaked out as the first time because i just kind of thought "oh it's this place the place where all life begins, the me in a white box space, give it a minute ad we'll probably move onto something else, another space, environment".

You will find that what you experienced is not particularly uncommon- that feeling of being alone in the universe, creating things as a god to keep yourself entertained & distracted.

I have yet to experience it but have read several experience reports involving that same feeling & ideology.

If you want to try following it further & get an understanding of it, i believe doing some research into the illusion of self will provide some further insight.

One of the most interesting things about DMT is the objective reality it seems to carry. Yes, I go to the same places over and over, but not like in a dream where the topography is all mine. I do not feel that create the DMT space but rather that it is created for me and that the spaces I enter could cry well be the same any given explorers find on their journey.

I'm waiting for the day when I meet one if y'all there. Shocked

Hey Roosh!

I thought your experience was incredibly interesting. While i have never had a repeating spice trip, it did remind me of a book I read this past summer called The Rxperience Of No-Self by Bernadette Roberts. I read the book for a Magic and Mysticism class. Anyway, in the book she talks about having a mystical experience where at first she had a feeling of oneness with everything followed by a prolonged period of emptyness that she termed No-self or ego death as us pychonauts call it. Where sbe felt completely alone in the universe. If you do a search of her name online it will explain in more detail.

Happy Travels,

Hey Guys,

Thank you all for your replies and advice. Love

Concombres, just hearing that it's not uncommon makes me feel less trepidation about my next Hyper-flight, I will definitely take your advice and do some research on the-illusion-of-self, sounds like an interesting topic as well as hopefully providing some mental tools/armoury if I experience the same again.

Null24, it's really interesting to here that you can go to the same places/spaces repeatedly, DMT is so different to any other psychedelic i've experienced, there's so much to learn. Ummm yeah I too don't feel like i create the DMT space or even have any control over it but the repeating dream analogy was the only way i could think to describe/similarities it. I too ave the feeling that other explorers could visit the spaces, it's almost a concrete feeling that each space is definite and unchangeable, like a part of the grand design.

Hortwizard, thanks for the book recommendation Thumbs up , i'll definitely check that out and give it a read before my next journey knowledge is power as they say.

Thanks again for the advice, very much appreciated, safe travels
