Forgot to filter - emulsions from hell! Options

After I reduced, I thought I had filtered already and based by mistake.

My once two small humble jars is now bushing 8 bohemoths! Mad

I have filtered most of the sediment in to a big bowl but I don't know what to do with it or whether the mound of black sludge still contains spice?

Might I add that over a litre of naphtha has dissappeared in to the solution, that's how bad it is! I have used 2kg of lye and .5kg of salt and heat, still no good.

What could I do? Reconvert using lots of Hcl?

WORST EXTRACTION EVER!

Ok I now have 14 jars and am having a little success by stirring in for 30 seconds, I still don't know where my litre of naphtha has gone though? Will the new naphtha that I stir in slowly collect with the old naphtha that has dissappeared? Perhaps it is still cought in tiny emulsion bubbles that I just can't see.

I will have to buy three times as much naphtha to cover all of this, a very costly mistake... the fallible human memory system... blast!

In order to get help you will have to be a bit more specific on what particular process you went through in order to get to the stage that you are at now. What tek were you using and how much initial product would be a good start.

Well it's neither here nor there... I started with an A/B and I suppose now you can say that I am doing an STB because there is so much bark sediment.

Either way, I am only wanting to know if anyone has had experiences with losing naphtha like that? Is bark sludge floating on top in the layer between the naphtha and basic solution going to prevent dmt from migrating? I have to stir the sludge down in the jar a bit so that half the naphtha can rise to the surface again.
