Tryptamines can give me some pretty extreme physical discomfort. Do any experienced trippers here know any tricks to remedy the physical discomfort? By discomfort I mean this physical agitation and feeling of being uncomfortable in ones body. I know breaking through on DMT will resolve that, but I'm looking for ways to deal with it in sub threshhold doses.

I suppose the remedy would vary with the specific discomfort. Stretching/flexing, massage, dancing/moving in rhythm, drinking liquids, and changing the pattern of breathing are techniques that can be useful to resolve unpleasant physical restlessness, physical feelings associated with being emotionally choked up/tight chest, asthma/flu-like symptoms, unsettled stomach, dizziness, and skin crawling or formication. You might also try the ol' boot-n-rally. Do all of these at simultaneously for best results
