SWIM wanted to know if any of these are liberty caps?

No, not a single one of them is a liberty cap.

Really? But they look very similar to pictures on the web. How can you tell?

i can tell because thats not what they look likeRazz

the undersides of the caps are to light, they will turn darker as the spores mature,



the skirts of the caps look to flared, should be more turned in




and they all look nippleless.

If in doubt, throw em out.

As 3rdI said;

liberty caps do not have white gills, flared caps, and often have a nipple.

You may often see liberty caps without a nipple and even sometimes the odd sterile one with white gills but even then they look absolutely nothing like your pictures.

Those look like some sort of mycena, I am guessing you found those in a normal lawn?

We have to be careful with the info we give, mycenas can also have a nipple. Mycena Maculata for example.
