LSA HBWR Question? Options

Swim has extracted LSA from HBWR many times now with a ratio of 10 seeds to 2 shots of 190 proof everclear, letting it soak for a week or more. It works great every time, very consistent trip and very little nausea (Swim doesn't find it necessary to do a non polar wash).

The worst part about the experience is taking the two shots of alcohol, it tastes HORRIBLE and swim doesn't like being slightly tipsy/drunk before swims trip.

Swim has read that it is not ok to let the alcohol evaporate because the LSA is not stable out of solution but swim was wondering if anyone has had any experience doing/trying this.

Ideally swim would like to evaporate the two shots down to a half shot or less.

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Dang... Having no experience, I can't really say. Maybe do it with a straw into the back of your throat to minimize the taste?

You could also pop it into the freezer for an hour or two so that it's super cold (and won't burn...as much). Then again I also really love orange juice and vodka.

I had to drop by and say though, have you heard anything about cinnamaldehyde? Basically contained in the essential oil of cinnamon, it converts LSA into an organic molecule very comparable to that of the synthetic LSD.

Been meaning to do more research myself, but my friend told me about it, and how it's been a huge recent breakthrough in organic psychochemistry.

I haven't heard about the use of cinnamaldehyde but I have heard about using peppermint oil to convert LSA into LSH. Since the presumed active ingredient in peppermint oil is a acetaldehyde and both cinnamaldehyde and acetaldehyde contain the aldehyde functional group, I would assume that the mechanism is similar. There is much speculation as to what is going on chemically though (LSH might not even be formed, it might be an adduct formed with LSA and the aldehyde). I haven't tried it with peppermint oil but I have some and I will be trying it sometime in the near future. Probably when I figure out how to get rid of the negative effects of the alcohol. I will report back on this post when I do try it for myself.
