Ok, stumbled across this tragic story of a teen who died during an ayahuasca ceremony in Columbia. The site it was on is rehabs.com, so perhaps not unbiased, and certainly their information isn't particularly accurate as they claim that DMT is found in over-the-couter cough syrups such as Robitussin.

I was going to say, I wasn't impressed by robotripping back when I was a teenager, but if they've changed the recipe that dramatically...
