I'm not 100% sure if this was a cause of smoking Calea, but I thought I would share my experience and see if anyone else has had this same issue.

I was smoking Calea and DMT but just wasn't getting anywhere, but what was happening was the DMT was being half vaporized and the rest was melting into the resin. Eventually I got a massive rip of DMT out of no where and broke through.

When I went to sleep I had some really bizarre dreams, so vivid, but nothing that out of the ordinary. I was in a big lecture hall at a university, and we were discussing physics or chemistry, i can't remember, but there was this really smart kid in front of me answering all the questions, and the professor kept looking at me like he wanted me to answer, and was even making comments about how I wasn't answering any questions. The professor seemed mad at the kid who was answering the questions. My girlfriend was sitting next to me and I asked her what his deal was.

Unfortunately thats all I can remember from the dream, but I was totally aware during the dream, however this is where the pleasantries end.

The following morning I woke up with severe nausea, instantly vomiting everywhere, projectile style. Then I started getting really bad stomach cramps followed by diarrhea and persistent nausea and cramp attacks. It felt very similar to my abdominal migraines that occur when I get cluster headaches so painful that I begin vomiting, however I have not had a cluster headache since my last dose of LSD, and I am unsure of what causes abdominal migraines so I can't conclude that cluster headaches had anything to do with this.

I forced down a piece of cuban bread at breakfast which was a battle with nausea, but ultimately helped. I could not eat anything else for several hours, I smoked some weed hoping it would help, and it did, but I still could not eat, even though I had the munchies. Eating just made me sick. My stomach continued to feel bad all day with just minor discomfort the following day. And today I feel fine.

Has anyone else had unpleasant side effects from Calea? I can not be sure if what I experience was a result of smoking too much calea, or the proper dose, I'm unsure how much I smoked, I do know it was enough to get the Oneirogenic effects.

Please feel free to dispel any of my experience to something other than calea use.
