Hi Everyone.

I hope you're having a good week.

Somehow, today a small amount of MHRB and Syrian Rue arrived at the same time - even though the two originated from very different parts of my country and were ask for on different days.

I choose to take this coincidence as a good sign.

I plan to use the remainder of this week meditating and dieting, and to then attempt my first Ayahuasca experience on Saturday by ingesting the material in capsules as described in the video 'Easiest Ayahuasca Recipe' by tsilvermagic on YouTube.

I'll write an experience report thereafter.
