I'd post this in the Changa forum, but I don't have sufficient privileges.

I plan on making some Changa soon, and wanted to used Caapi and Passionflower to enhance my leaf. After reading more, I found that adding Brugmansia or Datura can help with nausea, but if you use too much, it will cause it's own elements in the experience.

What would be a good amount of Brugmansia flower to add for enhancing 1 gram of leaf? I have experience with deliriants, and that's definitely not something I want to experience with DMT, so all I'm looking for is the anti-nausea properties.

Hi H3x!

In my experience, changa doesn't leave one feeling nauseated. No need to add any Datura to the mix. I have had countless experience with Caapi based changa and have only been sick due to some inner yuck that needed to be released... and no, I'm not talking about a bad take-away Pleased

Nausea isn't really a problem with changa. I would leave it out.

I've tried freebase, and that caused me to feel nauseous. How does it differ when smoking Changa? Is it the addition of the MAOI, because from what I understand, that would cause even further nausea.

Look at it this way. You are being launched into another dimension at light speed. You are bound to get a little sea sick sometimes. There is a lot to learn from this. 'Listen' to it. Why is it happening? Are you dehydrated? Was it something you ate? Did you burn the spice? Was your posture slouched? Did you not meditate before hand?

There are a lot of things that cause nausea. Sometimes it's you. Sometimes it's the psychedelic. Sometimes it's purely energetic and you just need to purge.

Like others have mentioned it shouldn't be too bad and if you listen to what its telling you you can learn how to eliminate it. Do not underestimate the power of diet and meditation / breathing techniques when smoking DMT.

I wouldn't recommend brugmansia, it just isn't necessary. If you do all you need is a pinch of the dried flower.

Learn to truly become one with the intensity. Hope this helps.

Was it a sub-breakthrough? Those can often be more confusing and uncomfortable than breakthroughs for some

I haven't made changa yet , but when I make enhanced herbs I find if I have two ripper cones of 50% dmt 20% mullein

20% passionflower 10% peppermint I find it's the mullein makes me a bit motion sick , so I tried without mullein and I was fine so

it's up to the smokers preference IMO !😜

Try having a cup of peppermint tea and some crackers before picking up the spice pipe.
