I have heard that the experience in Ayahuasca is different when you go in using caapi than when using rue. So lets say the harmalas are extracted from each and then a person made two batches of pharmahuasca, one from the rue and one from the caapi harmalas. Do you think the experience would still be different? This is probably a very stupid question, but I feel as though sometimes you never know with these magical molecules we are involved in. Every time I think I have things figured out a little bit one hit of my GVG and that assumption gets blown to infinity.Smile

Caapi contains THH whereas Rue doesn't

So you are saying there will be a distinction because of the caapi extract having THH?

there more differences than just THH in rue/caapi.

do a search for rue and caapi, theres plenty of info out there on the perceived/actual differences between the 2.

I did search and yes I saw the differences, but mostly all were from brews, from what I saw. I was just wondering about after extraction.

you still extract different things from the 2 plants and the goodies will also be in different ratios which will also effect the experience. These variations will also be present in different batches of the same plant.

so when you take this into consideration along with infinite variability of the experience its self I think its quite difficult to pin down the things that gives variation between 1 experience and another.
