Hello,

well... i read most ot the threads on storage, but i couldn't find information if plastic container is okay for storing dmt freebase.

I got a few airtight vials from cosmetics - skin care, etc. I got few glass ones and one plastic. So far i've been storing my spice in the glass ones, but whenever i get some of the dmt to smoke, miniscule amounts stick to the inner upper edge of the container, and i can't get it out, too small to put my finger in or something smaller. And the plastic vial that i have is all smooth on the inside, and guess nothing will stick - easy to handle when getting it out.

So ... i could still use the glass ones. But just out of interest, could plastic container somehow affect the dmt? I've been wondering..

BTW, just did a re-x yesterday, and today i've got nice white crystals. Need to dry em good and put for storage.

assuming all the solvent has been evaporated, dmt freebase could safely be stored in a plastic container without damaging said container.
however...over time (stored at RT), dmt may stick to the plastic, and you'd need to use a solvent to dissolve it, or convert it to a salt and evaporate the water.

dry the solvent containing the dmt over MgSO4, evap the solvent completely, and store in an HDPE container in the freezer.
