ya you don't wanna mix caapi with alcohol. They're counter-indicating substances. One, or the other.
Not to say you can't enjoy both separately (one day one, some other day the other), but certainly don't want to take the two together

brewing ayahuasca and brewing beer has nothing in common.
Ayahuasca(Caapi) and it admixture(Chacruna for example) is traditionally cooked over several hours in a pot with water.
Ayahuasca is seen as a Medicin for body and soul.
Beer is created in a fermentation process with yeast over weeks as far as i know...
Alcohol is not beneficial for you.
And combining them would probably result in a bad experience or could even endanger your health.
