I have tried dmt a handful of times and I always seem to usually start off where I am being sharply scanned on all levels (mentally, emotionally, physcially) before being allowed entry. This scanning is piercing and shows where I am holding fear and it can be difficult.
Anyone else always go through the same thing? How do you deal with it?

The scanning is usually pleasurable for me . The physical feelings are amazing . It's intense For sure but gets easier over time. Try focussing On the physical feelings. At first, being scanned terrified me. Now I invite it. Usually "they" ask me before they start and I let them know to go ahead. In my first aya experience, the fisrt effect i feel/hear was a big scan up of my head. It was and amazing felling  ..

I used to think it was a watchmen type of energy that was doing the scanning but now I feel it is me that is doing the scanning. wearepeople wrote:At first, being scanned terrified me.

I get this sometimes. I also have had entities go in my head and "work" on it.. like it feels like they are cleaning it out or something [center]Sophia's Light
